Andrea Cress
President / General Manager
Andrea started with us in the fall of 2010. She has streamlined our entire operation and brings a revived attitude to our company and the way we operate. Andrea is responsible for the everyday operations of the business and spends a great deal of time meeting with customers.
Nicole Friendt
Sales & Customer Service
Nicole came to us from her local fire department where she was the fire office specialist. She is responsible for scheduling and coordinating all service work performed by Industrial Safety. Her attention to detail is great with product research and in providing customer quotes. She joined Industrial Safety in the Summer of 2018.
Art Pett
Service Technician
Art joined us in the Fall of 2019. He comes to us with a great mechanical aptitude. He is involved in all areas of service that Industrial Safety provides, including but not limited to: gas monitor calibration, fire extinguisher service, SCBA testing (flow testing air packs and face pieces), SCBA Fit Testing, and extrication tool service.
Billy Fish
Outside Sales
We welcome Billy Fish as our newest Salesman. Billy covers the farthest northwest region of Wisconsin. Billy is the fire chief in Dairyland, WI and has been in the volunteer fire service for over a decade. Due to his full-time job location, he volunteers on multiple departments. Billy has many relationships in the fire service and will be a great resource for our customers. When he’s not saving lives or selling the world’s best fire equipment, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping at the lake with his wife and 2 children.
Stacy Ofstad
Outside Sales
Stacy covers the Lake Superior region in northern Wisconsin. As the fire chief at his department, he is a great resource for all departments in northern Wisconsin. Stacy has worked hard to create new relationships in the fire business. Stacy is also the Emergency Management Director for Iron County Emergency Management.
